Pataki and The MTA against the people of New York

In my letters to the governor, in which I have implored him to investigate a crime committed by the transit authority, he answers me by sending my letter to the criminals in charge of the Transit Authority. They in turn inform me they have done nothing wrong, and, that there is no need for an investigation.

THIS IS HOW THEY GET AWAY WITH IT!

Welcome to the world of government sponsored WHITE COLLAR CRIME.

What had begun as a normal investigation into the circumstances surrounding the involvement of one of my coworkers in a subway accident is now leading me into an investigation of one of the most powerful and corrupt organizations on the face of the earth. The MTA, using the office of the Governor as a front for their criminal activities, represents a diabolical entity with a highly financed political base that has influenced the lives of every citizen of New York. They have the power to corrupt the legislative process of the legal system, and, have a bearing, however indirect, on the quality of life affecting every New Yorker. Their dealings with corporate America, and huge business conglomerates abroad, has made them a major player on the international as well as the domestic scene. This should not be confused with a public service, this is a well endowed business. The only difference between the MTA and a business in the private sector is the inexhaustible supply of revenue they control as a result of public funding, and, the total absence of responsibility for their actions. The recent illicitly gained budget surplus, a large part of which is now being squandered on the media in an attempt to further their own political presence (see picture above), has enabled them to a very large extent to control and curtail investigative reporting by the press. The first casualty of handcuffing the media, as always, is the truth. The budget surplus will find it's way into the hands of Pataki's political slush fund.

They have used the power of the government to knowlingly, and with malice of forethought, persecute an innocent citizen. They have deliberately supplied false evidence, they have forced their subordinates to supply false evidence, they have used the office of the governor to cover up a crime. We are no longer talking about a crime alone, we are talking about the adoption of illegal procedures by the government, the purpose of which action is to deprive American citizens of their constitutional rights. In any other country in the world they would be on trial for what they have done, and, continue to do.
